Are you looking to work in technical sales during an expansive phase and have a strong interest in the HVAC and construction industry? Are you a salesperson with technical understanding who wants to help develop Vieser's presence in the Swedish market? Then this could be the role for you!
In the role of Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and developing the customer portfolio within the HVAC sector, with a particular focus on Central Sweden and Norrland. You will work with technical sales and consulting, providing product training and guidance on innovative floor drain technology. The role involves close collaboration with HVAC consultants, installers, and module manufacturers, as well as acting as a technical advisor in planning meetings with architects and project managers. You will report to the Country Manager Sweden and work closely with Vieser's Nordic sales and product support team.
- Build and develop the customer portfolio within the HVAC industry.
- Engage with HVAC consultants, installers, and module manufacturers.
- Act as a technical advisor in projects and planning meetings.
- Provide input to product development based on market needs.
- Handle customers' technical inquiries in Sweden and Norway, with support from Vieser's product specialists.
- Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, customer events, and product presentations.
- Update CRM and systematically follow up on customers, leads, and projects.
- Collaborate with the Nordic sales team and contribute local market knowledge about competitors, market situation, and product needs.
We are looking for someone who is fundamentally a salesperson, but with a solid technical understanding – you are comfortable with technical discussions and have experience in the construction industry. You are proactive, results-oriented, and enjoy building relationships at various levels, from installers to decision-makers at residential developers. You have the ability to plan and prioritize a varied workday and are used to traveling for work.
- Solid technical understanding, preferably a background in HVAC installation/planning or deep knowledge of Swedish building regulations.
- Documented experience in technical sales and consulting.
- A strong network within the HVAC and/or construction industry is an advantage.
- Good collaboration skills and pedagogical abilities are important traits for success in this role.
- The ability to act as both a technical advisor and contribute to product development.
- Good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing, and it is beneficial if you are proficient in English.
